Price Increase is a Breach of Contract

Vodacom seeing as you don't want to comment on your price increases on FacebookI took it to Twitter and was referred the FAQs, therein we are referred to the terms and conditions and it says that we must look at the section Adjustment of Charges, well I have news for you, there is no such section in your terms and conditions. You are in BREACH of contract if you increase those that are already within contracts. Do whatever you must for new contracts and upgrades. But you are not honouring your agreement with your clients if you increase mid-contract (agreement). I signed based on what was offered at that time. What you are doing to current agreement holders is disgusting! Please don't refer people to terms and conditions when CLEARLY it is not in there. Remember some people actually do read them. I see Vodacom heading for a few CPA actions!!
