Price increase contrary to contract agreement
In December 2022 I signed a verbal contract with a Vodacom tele salesperson, for a 2 year period for data on cell phone number ***. The monthly tariff was R299.00. In June 2023 this went up to R320.10. ! My repeated emails asking about this increase, have been ignored. This is surely *******!
