Price change mid contract

I find it appalling that Vodacom has initiated price changes mid contract on the majority of their packages. Although technically legal, I find it to be against the spirit of the relationship one should have with customers. It would be 100% acceptable if they were to increase the prices of contracts entered into or renewed going forward, but to change the price mid contract is deplorable.
