Price advertised not available from Vodacom

Various visits to the Game store and I can still not upgrade as per the adverti*****t. I was told that this will be fixed but almost a month later it is still not fixed and now I am told the advert is over and the special no longer valid. I have contacted Vodacom and they said I can go back to the branch and everything will be sorted or I can just mail the contact person and notify him if it is not sorted. Nothing sorted and no response on my mails
