Pretending to answer calls

The ongoing saga of attempting to speak to the after sales team. I just had what sounded like a young male answer my call and keep quiet on the other side. He proceeded to have a conversation with somebody else and completely ignored the call.
This person is clearly trying to keep his stats up by making it seem like he is working very hard when in fact he does nothing but waste your client's money and time.
I have a recording of this phone call which was this morning at 12:42. I want this call traced and this person reprimanded. He should not be earning a salary every month if he doesn't want to be there. Poor work ethic should not be rewarded.
When I proceed to inform the person on the other end that I was recording this call and that I would lodge a formal complaint in order to ensure that his superior/manager is alerted of this and traces the call he proceeded to mute the call on his end not allowing me to hear any further. I want to know who answered the call and what disciplinary action will be taken against this individual. He should not have a free pass to sit about doing nothing while his colleagues are forced to pick up the slack.
