Presistant call agent not disclaiming all facts

I havent even phoned a call centre about this as I know I am going to be sent from pillar to post.

On the Thursday 28th APRIL I received a phone call from Vodacom informing me of upgrades I had due. I was aware of them as I told the agent. She said to be that she could change my packages and make them cheaper but would get the same "benefits". I told her I still wanted to go into a store in order to get handsets and she told me that I could still do that. I have now gotten my list of upgrades due and 3 of my numbers have been upgraded without handsets. This is not what the women told me. She was very persistant about telling me that I will pay less but get the same and never once said that this would qualify as an upgrade.

This is misconception. I am totally not happy about this and want to cancel the upgrades.
