PRESCRIBED VODACOM ACCOUNT ON CREDIT RECORD

I recently found out that an old Vodacom account (2007) reflects on my credit record. This account has obviously prescribed and is against the law in terms of the NCA. <br> <br> Vodacom is ********ly trying to disguise this by saying that payment was made 6 months ago, which is absolute nonsense.<br> <br> Despite numerous telephone calls to Vodacom and being told to send emails, I have received no joy.<br> <br> Hopefully this report will render results.
