Prepaid sim ****** of prepaid benefits paid supercharged contract rates

Numerous reports have been filed since 2018 regarding this. You changed my number from prepaid while in use daily since Aug 2017, to an edcon acc top up contract in Nov 2017. I lost all prepaid benefits like TALKING POINTS FROM NOV 2017!!!! I PAID CONTRACT CALL RATES AT R2. 80 PM TO OTHER NETWORKS FROM NOV 2017 TO JAN 2020. After several reports in 2018,2019 regarding this in Jan 2020 this ******* contract which wasn't even on my name yet sim was Rica and registered in my name issue was sorted out in jan 2020 by blocking and suspending my simcard and locking it, when ******* top up contract was cancelled until I Rica'ed Sim card again on my name. Having to drive 55km of my petrol to nearest town with Vodacom shop and back. 110km of MY PETROL. Now back on prepaid sim for *** the number in use by me since Aug 2017. I still don't qualify for airtime advance as either 1. top up contracts don't qualify,(I'm prepaid) 2. Number have not been in use for 3 months(number in use daily for 3 years, from Jan 2020 until now another 6 months) 3. Haven't top up for at least r29 in 3 months(minimum spent month r100, Feb 2020 alone over R1000 in airtime, total spent since Aug 2017 via capitec alone R12 018.00)

So after R12018 and 3 years still don't qualify for airtime Advance. Over R11 500 spent on airtime from Nov 2017 to Jan 2020 now talking points received. Supercharged for call rates since Nov 2017 to Jan 2020. Never refunded as I had no top up contract on my name yet sim and vodacom listed me as sim owner with my details.

I cannot for life of me understand how after 3 years this has still not been sorted. I have the evidence via capitec of airtime sent to this number I have call logs, whatsapp and phone history to show this number was in use by me since Aug 2017 daily.

This needs to be sorted now, today.
