Prepaid number

Hi there<br> <br> l had a Vodacom number that l ported to Telkom Mobile and the number was cancelled and sent back to Vodacom l called the call centre and they told me that they cant get my number back - without a resolution - she told me that l need to get a sim swap from Telkom mobile but the number isn't even active on Telkom mobile - what do l need to do to get my number back <br> <br> No: ***<br> <br>
