Prepaid Contract BollsUp
Vodacom Ticket: EC-0C2T-3K5J6M I do not know if Vodacom is still busy fixing something or not.
I am on a Top Up 140 S corporate contract (Prepaid Plan).
Sequence of events: 1. 22 September 2017 - Receive a SMS that my contract plan will change to uChoose Flexi 150 on 1 October 2017. 2. 4 October 2017 - Receive a SMS that my contract plan will change to uChoose Flexi 150 on 1 November 2017. Using the USSD I requested my balances and took a screenshot (just in case). 3. 7 October 2017 - Recharge history: Entry at 10:12 AM. Writeoff Airtime Advance. 4. 8 October 2017 - Latest Transactions: Entry at 05:59 AM TU to PostPaid Migration R - 1334.65 5. 9 October 2017 - I read in the news Vodacom prepaid customers are experiencing data/airtime loss and so on. I check my balances. USSD balance enquiry states I am on a "Smart XS" plan. 6. Requested a Call back from Vodacom. Nothing. 7. Sent an e-mail stating everything I knew at the time, with screenshots of the SMSes, and my balances on 4 October 2017. 9. 11 October 2017 - Got a response back stating that the airtime will be forfeited if move to postpaid. 10. Sent e-mail back asking who initiated the plan change to "Smart XS" and requested I be changed back to "Top Up 140 S" and get my R 1300 back. 11. Snooped around on the website, discovered I am still on "Top Up 140 S" but it consists of 50 anytime minutes , 100 MB data, 100 SMS??? 12. Sent another e-mail saying what I have found on the website. 13. Received a response on my last e-mail saying that the My Vodacom App is not updated with the new packages and that the Top Up 149 is no longer available. I did not say anything with regards to the My Vodacom App an nothing about a Top Up 149 Plan. 14. Sent another e-mail asking for a repsonse on my previouse e-mail sent before my last e-mail. 15. 12 Ocotber 2017 - Received a response asking for a screenshot of the SMSes, and stating that they do not have a Top up 149 and asking which Package I want to migrate to. 16. Rep**** with the screenshot (which I did send in the very first e-mail) of the SMSes, informed the recipient that I never said anything with regards to a Top Up 149 and that I am pleased to be moved to a "uChoose Flexi 150" as mentinoned by the SMSes so that I can keep my R1300 airtime. 17. Received a reply saying that one of the agents has corrected the pacakage and migrated me to the Top Up 140 S. No they did not!!!!. 18. Sent another e-mail saying what I have found on the website the previouse day (That I am still on the Top Up 140 S) but also that the package appears to be broken. I also requested that I be migrated to the "uChoose Flexi 150" and that my R1300+ airtime must also be loaded back.
What my grief is, in my very first e-mail I have sent, I have supp**** screenshots of the SMSes, my balances that was taken on 4 October 2017 via USSD, and a screenshot of the "new" balances via USSD, and screenshot of the website indicating the "Writeoff Airtime Advance". I then asked how did I end up on the "Smart XS" package. What happend to my airtime and data, and what they are going to do to rectify this.
I have been with Vodacom since 2000, and this is the very first time I have a query and struggling to get this resolved. Seriously.
