Prepaid being skimmed by Vodacom

I phoned in at 07h28 spoke to Balito who was not only rude but also tried to B/S something I will not stand for , do not think the public is not aware of networks and how they operate. In her words Vodacom freeze your usage if it under 200MB I have found this over a period of a few years that this normally occurs under 400MB , I have paid for these units and have the full right to use them. Please show me any documentation containing my signature that I have agreed to this. I will in due course be contacting the Ombudsman and the Public Protector to see if there is any legal recourse . Further to Balito's behavior I asked her to put me through to her supervisor she told me he was not available without even checking and told me he would phone me back in 10 minutes this was at 07h40 , which he has not done as of this post
