Prematurely expired vouchers

I played the Voda bucks unlock summer and won a r50 nandos voucher. I tried to use it on the 27th of December 2021 on the day it said it was going to expire but the code did not work because it had expired on the 26th. I called vodacom and they said 24 to 48 hours turnaround time. It's been a month and I still did not get my voucher reinstated.
