premature upgrade not possible?

Yesterday I spoke to Moddy Kwaaiman, a VERY helpful lady, regarding a different matter. I have spoken to a few people regarding this and I was able to upgrade prematurely previously. My one contract is due for an upgrade on 9 June 2015, ALL I am asking is to upgrade now taking into account my spend on my contracts. I spend on Average R4000 a month on my phones, so WHY can I not upgrade now? I did this in the past and upgraded prematurely. It's not like its 6 months before my upgrade. Could someone please get in contact with me who actually works with this? The stores are NOT helpful at ALL and not friende either.<br> <br> The phone is bust and I phone a LOT, I also pay a lot of money for the contracts. <br> <br> Please help?<br>
