Premature Early Cancellation of contract NOT BEGING CANCELLED

On Friday 12 May 2023 I requested a Premature Early Cancellation of contract Quotation from Vodacom, I received on the 12 of May 2023. On the 13th of May 2023 we went to the Vodacom shop to pay this contract in full an final settlement. Monday the 15th of May I sent the proof of payment and the Premature Early Cancellation of contract to this email to '***'; '***', I PHONED VODACOM on Monday the lady did give me this email addresses to sent it to as mentioned. Tuesday the 16th I phone Vodacom again the guy told me I do have his name but with POPI act to allowed to mentioned I must be rest assured it will be cancelled by month end. Don"t talk nonsense, if you phone *** the voice recording tell you your contract is only cancelled once you received a email or a sms stating that this contract is cancelled. Today 17 May I phoned again and was told that nothing was received or there is no attachment showing on my account that this account is paid in full I must resent the email what I have done. Do you know why I am so furious is because the shop where I paid in full told me I going to battle to cancel this contract due to the department that must cancel this contract is very laid back. If this contract is not being cancelled with immediate effect I WILL CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH VODACOM AND TAKE MY BUSINESS SOME WHERE ELSE. THE BALL IS IN VODACOMS COURT KNOW. I AM WORKING FOR ATTORNEY FIRM I WILL THEN LET MY LAYWER BE IN CONTACT WITH THEM
