Pre-paid airtime purchase

I logged onto FNB nternet banking. I bought pre-paid airtime tr my cell phone.

the amount should have been R55, but somehow I bought R1000.00. I phoned 135 to get this reversed. I am told that they cannot reverse this. I want the airtime taken back and my R1000.00 returnded to me, I called FNB and they said they cannot reverse this as a third party. Please, I need his reversed but both parties are not willing. How is this possible?

I asked Vodacom to assist and thet tell me it cannot be reversed

You and FNB are equally unwilling to take responsibily. I understand that you propably share some of the revenue with FNB which makes it difficult, but maybe you should have figured out how to deal with these situations by now instead of shrugging your shoulders. Both you and FNB seem to care less and are counting on your customer to give up and accept their fate. I've grown tired of this kind of corporate bullying, and I don't feel swallowing what you are serving anymore. It's time for action. Let's explore the options and find out. Let's ask the question about what should happen when a client mistakenly purchases a product and immediately contacts you and your partner who both flatly refuse to reverse the transaction. If this was in your store, and immediately after giving your teller my money I realized my mistake, would you also have refused? I don't think so. Why should it be different online guys? I look forward to something other than your standard responses this far.
