Pre-cancellation not processed

I wrote a review on the 28th April 2024 based on the matter not resolved, which is the cancellation of a contract. I paid money due to me and sent relevant documents. They called on the 29th of April 2024 to resolve the matter. They requested an email for cancellation to be resent to the team. I did what they requested, to date nothing has been communicated to me regarding the email for cancellation I resent.
