Praise and pointers to kaylene!!!! From Phoenix plaza

I would like to say thank you to kaylene from the Phoenix plaza brunch who as always been assisting me with my account... I have left sooo much reviews on vodacom due to the call center agents that don't ever assist or if they call they tend to call at wrong times. I am ever so thankful to kaylene you are the product expert and truly the best ♥ always having a smile on your face 🌸 you have put my mind at ease knowing what my bills are.... You have even sorted my account back then about my double charge and put me as a cash customer you are truly valuable.... Guys if you need anything go to kaylene she will walk you through any process simply the best 😁 vodacom won my trust due to kaylene.... As for the agents in the call center they make vodacoms name into a negative one
