********* practice from Vodacom

I did a quote on an upgrade yesterday 05/09/2023. The Vodacom sales lady processed the quote without my approval. She has not signed me up for a 2 year contract. Now vodacom will not provide me with my recording of my conversations. Vodacom has tried to deliver the device to me. Vodacom has informed me the sales lady has been only working there for one month, She has also been working without supervision. I has requested that this lady is to be taken to task and held to account for her actions. Vodacom says they are unable to do so. I feel that it is unfair and ********* that Vodacom can process contracts without my approval and worst of all they do not want to share any of my recordings with me.
