I am absolutely livid. Philele from Vodacom called and proposed this "amazing" offer from Vodacom. According to her I am paying R507 for a little data but Vodacom will migrate me to a data package for R487 saving me R20. On my daughters package I am apparently paying R471 but with new wonderful offering migrating her to data she will be paying R451. I was extremely happy to be saving and need data more and accepted. When receiving the quotations, I IN FACT WAS GOING TO BE PAYING MORE. Called Vodacom and spoke to Lerato (who was wonderful). Lerato managed to cancel the migration and on my request checked how much I am currently paying. On my contract I am paying R364 versus R507 that Philele **** about. On my daughter's I am paying R309 versus R471 told to me. WHY ARE YOU EMPLOYING PEOPLE WHO LIE AND TRY TO ROB US BY CONVINCING US WE ARE GETTING A GOOD DEAL. THIS IS NOT A PHISHING **** AS LERATO ALSO SAW THE MIGRATION. THIS IS TOTALLY ********* PRACTICE!!!
