Powerflex Rip-off -**** - False advertising

This is absolutely ridiculous! I signed up for the Vodacom Powerflex month-to-month deal, which claims it can be cancelled at any time. Yet, despite trying every possible way to cancel, I'm still stuck with it! I've called customer care countless times—they should have a mountain of records of my calls trying to cancel—and yet NOTHING has been done. I sent emails that have been completely ignored. I even went into the Vodacom store in Durbanville, where the staff tried to help by calling online services and customer care themselves, but even THEY couldn't get it cancelled!

After multiple requests to cancel, they STILL took another month's payment from me. This is theft! When I called their call centre, I was left on hold forever, only to be bounced back and forth between customer care and cancellations, both of which claimed they couldn't help prepaid customers. This is an absolute ****!

The so-called "cancel anytime" claim is a lie—there’s no way to cancel through the app or the online portal either. I've been trying to cancel this for over three weeks now, and yet Vodacom continues to ignore me. I demand a refund for the most recent debit order they took from my account. Vodacom Powerflex is nothing more than false advertising and a rip-off!
