PowerFlex Doesnt work

Powerflex unlimited is a absolute nightmare app**** for it received the sim card and it worked fine, come the 18th of October they don't take the necessary payment and simply cut you from the network after what feels like 100 fruitless attempts and updating the card details again to see if there is a problem from my side i still have not been allocated my minutes nor my Data. This mornings call just proved to me that there is a severe lack of product knowledge at Vodacom as i call customer care and explain yet again what the problem is only to be transferred to the contracts department. the product is brilliant but the absolute frustration does not warrant it.
