Powerflex ****!!!

On the Vodapay app I opted for the powerflex option for R300 which promised to give me 20gig + 20gig no + 300 minutes. Money was deducted from my Capitec account but nothing was loaded. Called vodacom and the lady said she couldn’t help, referred me to someone who blatantly told me he doesn’t know what Powerflex is. I want my money. I’m not even interested in your offer. I want my money!!! Tomorrow I am changing my number to MTN.
