"Power to You"...Really??

<p>I have called Vodacom customer care numerous times since Friday requesting activation of itemised billing and a retrospective summary of my itemised to about two months ago and to date i have not received any assistance except being passed from pillar to post.</p> <p>Even after e-mailing the required docs to ********** instead i've now received an sms that informs that i must fax my ddocuments for assistance. FAX???? I thought it was an error of some sort, but FAX???? Really, FAX???? COME ON VODACOM, we're in 2016 and you pride yourself as being a "leading African mobile communication company..."</p> <p>What happened to "saving trees" and "using less paper"? Why do you have a ********** e-mail address if your customers cannot receive assistance through this channel?</p> <p>FAX??? Tjo!</p> <p> </p>

Dear Client

I forwarded the documents you sent to the Contract Admin Team. They will be in contact with you shortly.

Please see the Terms and Conditions of Top Up itemised billing below:
The service is activated via the Service Provider
It can be faxed, emailed or posted. It cannot be sent to the voicemail box as Top Up customers don’t have the fax option available on voicemail.
The subscription fee is R13.00 p/m incl. VAT
Billing data will only be available from the date of activation.
Itemised billing can be viewed on the portal once the service is active and the subscriber has registered and logged in.

Kind regards

Vodacom Consumer Website Team
