Power to Who ?

I have been a loyal Vodacom Customer for many years. Even before the Yebo Goggo adverts. Despite the competitors adding value for their Customers, I stuch with Vodacom. I beleive in good Business realationships.

Anyway, I upgraded a few months ago, and everything was fine,... till I received an SMS a month later welcoming me to another package. I called Vodacom, gave all my details etc. I explained everything. The person said "hold on", which I did for a long time before hanging up. NOBODY called me back to follow up. So i waited a month or so. I happened to read my E-Statement and saw that i was charged over R1100 instead of R299 for this line in question. I called them AGAIN and explained everything AGAIN. I was passed through to 2 departments. They accepted that they made a mistake and would fix it and give me a refund. Someone would call me.

THEY NEVER DID .

I just opened my latest bill. I can see that it has been fixed, but WHERE IS MY CREDIT?

I called again and asked to speak to a senior supevisor. I am not sure if the person is suitable for a customer service position. The lady apologised and said she would escalate AGAIN. She kept asking me which number should they call FROM. How should I know. So I gave her which number they should call TO. She then asked which number should they contact me on... Eish!!

Whomever reads this should try and Empathise. How frustrating is it? You all attend Service Management Courses but do you actually use it? Fix the problem. Sort it out. Give me my money that you wrongfully took.

Please.

Why do I need to have to go to HelloPeter to evoke a suitable response and to get a resolution. Thats what you pay your staff to do.

Thanks

Reviewer Update

It has been a LONG time now.

I still haven't received my credit. What is Happening?

You responses on this public platform are evasive.
I was told that you had found the fault and would refund me.

Where is it? I check my latest bill and there is no mention of it or any official letter of apology.
