POWER TO WHO?

I made a complaint about 2.5 weeks ago and it still hasn't been resolved. My wife bought a new phone on contract from Vodacom. It wasn't working when we opened it so took it back twice within the first week. It has now been with Vodacom longer than we've had it and they're trying to get us to pay for repairs. Vodacom has had the phone for nearly 5 weeks and we can't do anything. I've written on Facebook countless times, posted on Samsung to show how Vodacom are treating people who buy their phones, but all still to no avail. We have been back to the repair centre about 7 or 8 times now and they keep giving us the run around. All we want to do is cancel the contract and give back the phone - we are well within our rights to do so. I've spoken to so many 'customer service' people, none of whom can help and all of them just pass the buck onto someone else. The last 'genius' we spoke to, Freddy Teffo from your repair centre in Sandton, actually gave me these numbers: *** and *** and suggested I speak to the CEO - I kid you not! Clearly he is the only person who can help! Prove me wrong and PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!!
