Power Outages ****s Vodacom signal

Trying to get hold of Vodacom outside of calling is an absolute nightmare. Firstly, using Tobi is a waste of time; you ask one question and it spews a bunch of information which is irrelevant. Emailing is another issue; you email and they respond requesting personal information to be sent back?!?! Very safe!

Hopefully, Vodacom doesnt have any bots answering here.

Please explain why when the power goes out that my Vodacom signal becomes "crippled"? Unable to make calls and more so absolutely no data signal. Good luck trying to get hold of the authorities should there be danger.
