Pouch Damaged

I bought a pouch at Vodacom Sunnyside about two weeks back and now its tearing as if it was old it was not supposed to be sold to customers, please assist as I'm not happy with this pouch at all its damaged in actual fact I was sold damaged goods. I want my refund or a new pouch as this is damaged.
