POTCH WORST IN SA

Potchefstroom Vodacom is by far the worst branch in SA. They call me to collect my cell that was repaired. I waited for about 30 minutes without any atendant bothering to help me. I left because I cannot wait the whole day. Some other customers also left, complaining that they have been waiting for even longer. Today I was lucky to wait for 15 minutes to talk to one of the staff/concultant. I told her that I just want to collect my phone, she told me to go and wait for the technician at bay 7. 40 minutas later I was still waiting to get my phone! I then phoned 082111 to lodge a complain. They called me back and promised that Vodacom Potch will call me soon. I am still waiting. I really do not have the time to hang around for hours , just to fetch a phone. My previous problem with my phone-private number- was also a nightmare. Luckely another Vodashop in Galliera , Durban sorted that out without any problems- *****five stars for them!
