Post Sale services and refunds

You know Vodacom really drops the ball when it comes to post sale service. They will close your enquiry without having solved it. The pain of opening another one really gets to me.

I always struggle and it’s for this reason I won’t really recommend. The last time it took me an entire year to finally help them see that they need to refund me cause I’ve been overcharged since the inception of my contract.
