Possible to contact Nashua Mobile?
I terminated my cellphone contract just as the take-over happened with Nashua and paid my last installment into the Nashua Account and not Vodacom. At the point of termination the Vodacom Customer Services Consultant said to pay the last installment end Dec, no new banking details were supp****. Now Vodacom says I am in arrears because they didn't receive the funds and I must get a refund from Nashua, but how?? The number they have given me just rings and says there's high caller volume and then cuts off.

I have dealt with Vodacom staff who have been relatively helpful but after sending my banking details to the call centre agent at Vodacom (Moddy Kwaaiman who was very helpful) for her to send to Nashua on 28 Jan I'm receiving collections letters from Vodacom and they have disconnected my data 3G because they had to link the \outstanding"amount to an active account as the cellphone contract was terminated. I thought it was being sorted out but obviously not?

My credti rating is now also going to be affected. So extremely tired of all the nonsense with Nashua"
