Porting to you is impossible!!!

I ported to FNB Connect in May this year. While their service is far superior to yours (and this proves it again), their coverage is a problem and I have no choice but to port back to you. I bought a sim card, RICA'd it and followed all the instructions to sms etc on 8 August. I kept getting errors messages and was told by the call centre to keep trying. FNB confirmed they had approved everything on their side and the problem was with Vodacom.

On 10 August I went to a Vodastore where a consultant informed me my number needed to be archived. He put in a request because there was a system problem. After constant follow up, he informed me yesterday that everything had been approved and done and that I needed to come in to get another sim card, which I did. I wast told the port would go through last night.

It hasn't gone through and Victor at the call centre said this morning that there was a system error and they would escalate it. I just received a call from a Warren, first asking if I was trying to port our of Vodacom and then asking if there was ownership on my number because someone was trying to use it on another application?! OH COME ON! GET YOUR ACT STRAIGHT AND JUST PORT MY DAMN NUMBER!!!
