Porting to Vodacom vai sms

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been having a problem porting my cell c number to Vodacom ( ********** 786).</p> <p> </p> <p>For the past 3 days I've been trying vai the sms ( ********** 287) route, however each time I get an sms stating their sevice is currently unavailable.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried using the vodacom store, but they state I'm on contract with cell c or something on Cell C is holding it back, however when I called cell C, they have verified that I'm on prepaid, and that there is nothing on their side stopping the port.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly assist me please.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you and best regards</p> <p>Ahmed M Akoo</p> <p> ********** 786</p> ********** <p> </p>
