Porting to Cell C - Vodacom Arrogance

I have documented proof of my entire process to cancel my contract with Vodacom. Official notice to Vodacom on 17 November 2015 to cancel my contract was acknowledged by Vodacom. To date my contract has still not been cancelled; and yesterday at +- 16:15 (29/2/16) in a telecom with Vodacom's Lesego (male) he informed me that he had only cancelled the contract now. Lesego was also arrogant in his response to me 'we are not getting anywhere with this I will put you through to the porting department'. The porting department (Sylvia), +- 16:25 on 29/2/16, confirmed that Lesego should deal with this matter. As I gave official notice I will not be liable for any charges as from 1 January 2016 to Vodacom. I accept the arrears up to and including 31 December 2015; and will settle this as soon as Vodacom confirms the cancellation of my contract effective 1 January 2016. Maybe I should try to get hold of your CEO, Mr Shameel Aziz Joosub; whom I'm sure hope will be concerned at the poor service and image that his operational staff portray of Vodacom in not very simply just cancelling a contract on a client's notice. To all the applicable *********** Vodacom employees - shape up or ship out.
