porting services

<p>I'm so dissapointed in vodacom, I went to one of your stores on Saturday the 12/11/2016 after fail attemps to port to vodacom via port me sms; I was told that vodacom doesn't do port on weekends, I have to go back to the store on Monday, your sms port services is not working; you don't assist customers on weekends with porting so how do u expect to get customers to port to u if you don't port on weekends and what about customers like me that work every day till late and is only able to go to your store on weekends because your sms porting is not operational. I'm considering to port to MTN</p>
