Porting problems over weekends
Last week Saturday I took out a contact and I wanted to port my number over I was told that you don’t port numbers on Saturday. I think it is ******* cause now I have 2 phone numbers that I don’t need. I called vodacom cumtomer care they said that there nothing and I must just accept it. Surely there is a way to change my number on the system and delete the new number and port my side exiting number over to the contact. If there is a will there is a way.... we pay for a service and there must be something that can be done
