Porting not working since 2 weeks now

About 2 weeks aa go I went to vadacom canal walk to do a porting from Telekom to vodacom on number *** up to today its not working yet I went 3 times again to the store spoke to manager Anwar he then give an other sim saying 1st one was faulty and assure me it will work yesterday. Today I phone several times the managers always in meetings my daughter is in stellenbosch without working phone as Telekom already disconnected there sim and vodacom sim still not working can't receive calls or send sms or any thing This is the worst service ever and I thought I move to vodacom because it's better gess am wrong
