Porting nightmare

i have been trying to port my cell c number ( 072........) to vodacom. the number is originaly a vodacom number that i ported to fnb connect and last year ported it to cell c. Today i call vodacom asking why the number is not ported. i get told that the part to port shows number is fnb. for solution is that i must go to vodacom branch to get assistance. i called cell c and i was told the number is cell c not fnb

what makes me unhappy were i stay the is no vodacom branch the nearest is 90km away cant the porting department help me on the phone.
