I went to the Vodacom store in Southdale mall and sat with one of the ladies there to do a number port to Vodacom. I got the pin required while sitting in the shop. All I have been waiting for now is the confirmation to go in store and get my new SIM card.

I have phoned the call centre, I have called the porting department, I have phoned everyone to assist and all that seems to happen is me running in circles.

I guess is you can’t even get this right for customers that want to come on board, I can’t imagine how the service would have been if I actually port to Vodacom. Dodged that bullet.

Anyways, please cancel the port, you obviously have enough subscribers.
