Porting failed
Tried porting my dads number from cell c to vodacom via the sms last week . its over a week and no confirmation sms has been received. Went into a voda shop in musgrave and the manager was kind enough to check on the system and the number hasnt been ported . If the sms doesnt work why is it listed ? Why cant we speak to consultants anymore? How does vodacom expect customers if they cant provide a service?
