Portia from customer care is rude

I have never in my life been spoken to like that by someone who is in service, for a moment I felt she was telling me that I must take my business somewhere else because it is not that important to vodacom, portia from customer service is rude to the core, I don’t even know if that’s her real name. She has to be trained again.!!!
