ported number 31 march 2015 still has not happened

I went to the vodacom shop in Albertonrcity on the 31 March 2015to port my number from cell c to vodacom. They told me it would take 24 hours needless to say it has been 5 days and 5 calls and sms, to vodacom customer care and porting department, later and still no porting has taken place. It looks like I made a bad decision thinking vodacom has better service than cell c. As up to now no service is more like it
