ported my number now its not working.

i am not happy at all. i did a port last week tuesday the number only worked for one day on thursday i could not receive sms and by friday could not receive calls. till today i cannot receive sms or calls on this number but its active. my number is *** you can call on my alternative number which is ***. i have sent job applications now i cannot even receive calls its so wrong poor poor service.
