Port to Vodacom

I ported from Vodacom to Telkom in 7th November 2017. After experiencing network problems with Telkom, I decided to port back to Vodacom. I went to a vodacom store 22 December 2017. They couldn't not help me. I then went back again on the 3rd of Jan 2018. Then I was told that its too soon to port back I need to wait 30 days. I did. I went back to the store the 8th of February 2018. Again the lady told me to wait another 30 days. At this point I decided to phone Vodacom customer care. The guy at the call center send me an sms on how to do it myself. The 9th February I send as SMS of PORTME then 89number. After 3 hours nothing has happened; I then phoned the customer service again. This time I was told that the problem is with my new sim card. I personally bought the sim at Pep store, which was Ricard there. Now can somebody please tell me what else to do after going back and forth for a whole month.
