Port my number without permission
I had a vodacom sim, duly registered on my name. With an available airtime on the sim.
My number was ported without my knowledge or consent.
How is this possible? When I needed to change to a micro sim I had to produce my original ID and proof of address.
This is a number I use for my business. Absolutely unacceptable.
