**** site falsely activated using wife's number

Good day

This is a follow-up complaint that was sent on 3 June. I received a reply from Vodacom saying that no reimbur*****t would be granted as the Vodacom Live service (the **** chat site) was activated on 12 November 2014 by a Samsung I9060 - which is a Galaxy Grand Neo.

My wife owns a Samsung I19195 (Samsung S4 mini), and neither her nor myself have ever owned a Samsung I9060. So neither of us could have activated the service that Vodacom has been charging my account since November 2014.

Someone from Vodacom must have activated the service under my wife's number or someone has hacked Vodacom's system and was able to activate a service using my wife's number. Either way, I am not willing to accept that my account will not be reimbursed with the charges for this service that was added to my account without authorization.

If Vodacom is not willing to reimburse me after this complaint, I will have to resort to getting lawyers involved as this has been a complete breach of security from their part.
