POPI Act Violation!

Unsolicited marketing phone call - I have just been called by a company called Rewardsco - (+***) - calling me on behalf of Vodacom offering me some sort of data package! This is the last ****ing time! If I get one more marketing sms, phone call or email - I am going to litigate. I also want to know how Rewardsco got my contact details? As this is a violation of the POPI Act
