Poorest, unreliable service in the Country!!

Unmentionable poor service and no care attitude! I actually think Vodacom is worse that the local municipality in our country. I read previous reviews of people about Vodacom and the one is a duplicate of the other. I cannot get anyone from Vodacom to get back on a complaint lodged in November 2020. Three months, 10 + references back and still going, nothing from Vodacom! PLease help! ***
