Poorest service in SA

I would never recommend anyone to use vodacom, even the insurance. I am a customer. But they take so long to processes an insurance claim. I literally had to leave the shop the way the insurance department takes long to answer. A processes that takes 5 minutes, now takes a whole day. You have to take a day off from work to sort out a claim. They could not unblacklist a phone for two months of which they told me takes 24-72 hours, and also bear in mind, I lost two months of airtime, because they only gave me the airtime for this month, because the phone remained unblacklisted for months. I submitted unblacklist forms for about 3 times in the shop and also 4 times via consultants. I am really disappointed in this company and would never recommend them to anyone ever, even if it is for insurance

Even if vodacom calls you to say sorry, like the last time, they don't solve the problem. I went patiently to every processes they gave me, all of the protocols they had in place, all the waiting periods. Still nothing happened

Took comprehensive insurance in my cellphone when I bought it, currently my claim has been approved. But the insurance department does not answer when being called. I went to vodacom for the last month, every second day. I spend al these days from 09:00 till 13:00. Still nothing happened. They claim insurance claims will be sorted with in 48 hours and has now been months. Vodacom insurance trough finrite is the worst case of delays and uncommitted promises. I paid my insurance but I am now paying with my everyday life.
