Poorest service at Vodacom

I went to vodacom Westgate mall next to Kfc, rude consultants and technician .Consultant looked disgusted,irritated. No explanation or solutions to ur problem. I was told to go to Vodacom to solve my problem. By the way am @ Vodacom and he said not this 1. It was not my first encounter at the same shop. Last time I was there , they refused to assist me. The consultants at that shop are extremely rude and are used to behave like that.
