Poorest service

The poorest of service I have ever received from any Vodacom shop or any other service provider. Unhelpful and unfriendly service. Paid for service but they did not perform a basic sim swop. When I retuned to follow up to enquire they just pulled up their shoulders and said the department at Vodacom is closed. I called from my car to the Vodacom department and sorted it out. Never go to this shop if you want to receive service because you will get none.
